Insulated Vault Doors

Insulated Vault Doors provide protection for records and other valuables within a fire resistant vault. Doors are 4 7/8” thick with a clear opening 78”high x 40” (or 32") wide, Locked with ten (10) live bolts, each 11/16” in diameter, and checked by a Three (3) tumbler Group II keychangeable lock with U.L. approved relock device. Doors are equipped with an inside escape mechanism, are available in either left or right swing, and four standard (textured finish) colors.
What the Vault Door Ratings mean

Insulated Vault Doors come with a 1, 2, 4, or 6 hour rating. This means that the door will withstand exterior heat to 1700 degrees Fahrenheit for the rated time, so that the interior temperature of the vault never exceeds 350 degrees Fahrenheit. This is a requirement for an Underwriter Labs rating.

Door Widths

Insulated Vault Doors are available in two widths. A 32" wide clear opening will fit older vault openings, while a 40" wide door is specified for new construction to meet all ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) requirements for handicap access.

Day Gates

Day Gates restrict unauthorized entrance during those hours when the vault door is open. These Day Gates are made of aluminum rods with satin anodized finish.
Pharmacy Drive-thru Systems
For Pharmacy specific applications, Alliance Security Group features E.F. Bavis All-In-One Drive-Thru Systems. Available in three different configurations, each of these models offers a bullet resistant window, a transaction drawer, countertop, and built-in audio, all in one, easy to install unit.
The Captive Carrier TransTrax system allows for large package transactions to and from remote lanes. The Carrier adjusts to different vehicle heights (car/truck), and is an ideal solution to elevation problems.
Drive-Thru Audio/Video Systems
Alliance Security Group is pleased to offer the next generation in Audio/Video Intercom Systems. These systems are available in either an Audio only configuration, or Audio with Two-Way Color Video. The Series 1500 Intercom can handle up to 16 Lanes, and is available with all new installations of the IXT 2000 and NC 500 Pneumatic Systems, as well as with the IXD 1100 and GS 92 Transaction Drawers. Additionally, these units can be retrofit into existing installations.
